Meet
Brian Blankenship - Director of Construction
Brian has over 25 years of Development and Construction experience. His education started at WV Institute of Technology where he holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Technology.
He has worked for a few commercial construction companies over the years, starting as a Project Coordinator/Estimator to Vice President and eventually starting his own General Contractor company in 2014. He is NASCLA certified and holds licenses in multiple states. He can work from any phase of a project, from early development/design stages working with Architects and Engineers, estimating, project bid process and construction services as a General Contractor or Construction Manager on renovation and ground up construction projects. Brian’s primary focus is in the Hospitality and Multi-Family Construction Market.
During his free time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending the summer months on the lake with his wife.
